Q: What is the membership price?

A: Our membership pricing will be announced soon! We’re finalizing our pricing structure to ensure the best value for our members. Stay tuned, rates will be available once our website and app officially launch.

Q: When do you open?

A: We’re putting the finishing touches on the studio and will be opening our doors very soon! Follow us on social or join our email list to be the first to know our official grand opening date.

Q: What class types do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of pilates inspired classes, including Platformer, Tread, Weight-Training, Sculpt, Yoga and more. Visit our Classes page for full descriptions and schedule.

Q: Are Platform Classes Appropriate For Beginners?

A: Yes! Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels – no previous experience is required. Our instructors are experts at guiding you through any necessary modifications or adjustments. The more your instructors get to know you, the more they can tailor each workout to provide you with precisely what you need.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. We can give you the best form and alignment corrections when you are wearing tighter clothing. Grip Socks are recommended for all classes. We sell Platformer Grip Socks in the studio.

Q: Where do I park?

A: There is metered parking available on 4th Street!

Q: How early should I arrive for class?

A: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first few classes. This will give you enough time to check in, meet your instructor and set up your equipment.

Q: How do I book a class?

A: Step 1: Create an account

Remember, we have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your reservations online if you can no longer attend.

We accept cash as payment for class packages or paid-in-full memberships. We cannot accept cash or check for monthly membership subscriptions. All accounts must have a valid credit card stored on file for incidental studio charges such as water, retail items, cancellation fees, etc.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class at least 8 hours before the start time with no penalty, and your class credit will remain available to rebook.

 

  • Late Cancels: Classes canceled less than 8 hours before start time are considered late cancellations. These will be forfeited if booked with a class credit, or a $20 fee will be charged if booked under an Unlimited membership.

  • No Shows: Classes that are booked but not attended are considered no-shows. These will be forfeited if booked with a class credit, or a $25 fee will be charged for memberships.

Q: How does the waitlist work?

A: If the class you want is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist by selecting “Join Waitlist” on the booking schedule.

  • You must have a valid class credit or membership to join the waitlist.

  • The waitlist remains active up until 8 hours before class starts. When a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class, and a notification email (and/or text, if opted in) will be sent.

  • Once added, your class reservation is automatically confirmed and subject to our 8-hour cancellation policy.

 

Important:

  • For morning classes, there is a high chance you could be added to the class overnight. If you do not want to be automatically added, please cancel your waitlist spot before going to bed.

Q: What If I’m Running Late To Class?

A: NEW CLIENTS: To ensure the best possible workout experience, we recommend that all new clients arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. This allows time for a proper introduction to the studio, your instructor, and the equipment. For your safety, new clients cannot join class if arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time.

 

EXISTING CLIENTS: We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes before class starts. If you arrive late, please note that your spot may be offered to a stand-by or waitlist client after 5 minutes into the workout.

Q: I’m a content creator and would love to collaborate with your studio. Who can I contact?

A: We love connecting with local creators and media professionals! Please reach out to our team at media@theplatform-studio.com with your information, and we will generally respond within a business day.

Q: I shoot content for gyms and fitness studios. Who should I contact?
